Edith is the proud Owner and Managing Broker of Salas Properties, a boutique real estate Brokerage in Coronado. Salas Properties offers a “concierge style” service; specializing in residential real estate and acquisition of investment properties. Salas Properties opened their doors in January of 2015 as an independent brokerage. Edith and her team proudly customize and tailor services to the needs of each individual client as no two clients or transactions are ever the same. Since its inception, Edith has grown the firm and attracted the best agents in Coronado and San Diego County that are guided by excellence, kindness and respect.

Edith graduated from the University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Shortly after, she started her professional career at Price Waterhouse Cooper, then secured a position with the Internal Revenue Service. After personally investing in real estate and wanting to escape working in a cubicle, Edith fell in love with real estate. She began her real estate career with Century 21 followed by Willis Allen Real Estate and then Owen Properties.

The reason behind the Salas Properties name is two fold: 1) The word ‘sala’ in Spanish means living room, hence, ‘salas’ is the plural form. A living room is arguably the most important room in a home, as it is the heart of a home. 2) To honor her parents for their courage, relentless work ethic, and vision to create a life unavailable to them in Mexico. Her parents immigrated from Mexico as teenagers with a 3rd and 6th grade education, leaving everything they knew behind for a shot at the American Dream…not only for themselves, but their future children.

Edith is beyond humble and grateful for the lifestyle Coronado has graced her both personally and professionally. She is recognized as a Top Agent in Coronado and San Diego County, ranking amongst the highest performers in real estate sales. She is featured monthly in the TV show LifeStyles San Diego, as the ambassador of Coronado. Her joy in life is raising her two beautiful children in Coronado, coaching and mentoring her real estate team, and working for the benefit of her clients. She loves spending time with family, friends, practicing yoga and sampling San Diego’s finest restaurants.

Broker Associate

Evan is a retired Navy Captain, long-time Coronado resident and homeowner. He transitioned from the Navy in 2016 to begin selling real estate with Salas Properties. With a passion for Coronado real estate and appreciation for the community, Evan focuses on the client experience. He has quickly become a multi-million dollar agent with the reputation of getting the job done. In addition to having his real estate salesperson license, he is also a licensed General Contractor with a degree in civil engineering from Cal Poly Pomona. This extensive background in real estate sales and development provides his clients with the knowledge and insight needed whether buying or selling a potential property.

Evan is extremely active in the Coronado community. He is a member of the Coronado Optimist Club, Past Commodore of the Navy Yacht Club, Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2422 with charitable work alongside the Coronado Schools Foundation, Make-A-Wish and Islanders Sports Foundation, just to name a few. He is also an avid golfer, sailor, and loves anything that gets him outdoors or on the water. Evan could not pick a more ideal place to help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs. He embodies the Coronado lifestyle in everything he does and enjoys living in one of the greatest communities on earth!

Stephanie is a Coronado resident and Coronado real estate specialist. She joined Salas Properties with a background in education and real estate. A Kansas native, Stephanie moved to San Diego in the early 90's to obtain a BA in English (magna cum laude), two teaching credentials, and an MFA in creative writing. After teaching for 15 years, including teaching in Coronado Unified, Stephanie switched hats to pursue her desire to help home buyers with their real estate needs.

Stephanie has a passion and appreciation for custom and historic properties. She also specializes in the Coronado Shores - a unique, beachfront, high-rise community in Coronado. Stephanie fosters professional and personalized client relationships that mature into strong, everlasting connections. She puts a high value on the fact that every client who purchases in Coronado will be a neighbor in her community.

In 2017, Josh launched into real estate sales with a passion to acquaint buyers and sellers in the Coronado housing market and the Greater San Diego area. Heather brings an impressive business and personal background to her clients. She obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration followed by an MBA which led her to work in China through a government program to develop and create business opportunities for entrepreneurs. Upon her return to the USA she worked at Expeditors, a global logistical company facilitating clients expanding product market share in a global capacity. Heather’s business experience allows her to create opportunities for her clients. On a personal note, Heather is married with 3 children and a large family allowing her to understand the importance of finding the perfect home or vacation home. Heather is fluent in Spanish.

Greg is a United States Naval Academy graduate and retired Navy Captain. His flying duties brought him to Coronado in 1998 and has lived on the Island four different times since then, finally settling here in 2018. His major in Economics and Masters in National Security and Strategic Studies has provided the foundation for excellent real estate market analysis, enabling in-depth knowledge and feedback for his clients. Responsible for over 300 sailors and their families, Greg provided the unique skill set of managing any size and type of real estate transaction. Greg cultivates relationships through integrity, honesty and communication, creating the perfect atmosphere for his clients. Greg loves to ski and has recently rekindled his passion for flying with a local flying club. He also enjoys visiting with Veterans at our local Coronado VFW post. Greg is a constant figure at our Concerts in the Park series and is dedicated to illuminating and enhancing the Coronado experience! .

Anne was born, raised, educated, and married in San Diego. A graduate from Point Loma Nazarene University, Anne has been a registered nurse since 2004 primarily in critical care. The transition into real estate was seamless as she combines her love and passion for real estate while naturally taking care of her clients every step of the way. She loves the excitement it brings to family and friends to receive those keys after closing escrow, and then seeing them live out their dreams in their new home. Anne knows San Diego inside and out, all of the unique and diverse neighborhoods America’s finest city has to offer. A current resident of Little Italy, Anne is well versed on all of the Downtown buildings. Coronado has always been her second home as her Grandmother is from here as was her great Grandmother. To boot, her dad was stationed in North Island. Anne loves spending time with her husband, newborn son, and dog. She enjoys hiking, playing tennis, running, entertaining friends, going to comedy shows, and exploring new finds in San Diego. She volunteers and helps fundraise for the Alma Future Foundation.

Yvonne has been passionate about real estate her entire life as both of her parents were real estate professionals. As a child, her parents would involve her as a door hanger paying extra money for anyone who called on flyers and would help with open houses. She learned that with hard work she would be rewarded.

She earned her degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona with an emphasis in Marketing Management. Shortly after she started acquiring multiple properties, managing real estate and flipping investment properties.

Outside of her real estate practice, you can find Yvonne in spinning class, at the gym, golfing or sailing. Yvonne proudly supports the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

Ken started his real estate career in 2010 after a successful four-year tenure as Director of Operations at a private money investment firm. This experience transitioned into real estate development which is his love and passion. Since 2017 he has completed over 25 new development projects with his experience ranging from obtaining financing, entitlement to operations. Ken's project management strategies and expertise ensure all aspects of his clients transactions are completed efficiently. Ken is an avid golf player and baseball fan.

Roberto has been a Coronado resident since 1985. He started his real estate career in 1995 with a background in property development. As a developer he oversaw the entire process of development including financing, identifying the land, acquisition, construction, and then selling. He has sold multi-million dollar’s worth of real estate in Coronado, San Diego and Mexico. His knowledge and experience of both sides of the border provides knowledgeable insight to his clients.

Roberto served 20 years as President of the Mexican Cultural Institute of San Diego, a non-profit organization focusing on educational and cultural events. He has also hosted, been an anchor, and consultant for radio and TV shows including Univision. Roberto has a passion for golf, tennis, and soccer in which he was a coach for the Coronado Recreational league for 11 years. Roberto is fluent in Spanish.
