Edith is the Owner and Managing Broker of Salas Properties, an independent brokerage offering concierge style service and in-depth expertise along the Coronado coastline and San Diego County communities. From residential to investment properties, Edith is a trusted local source who is well-known for guiding her clientele to exceed their real estate goals every step of the way. 

Edith and her team’s speciality is navigating  through the dynamic real estate market.  Finding properties not available to the public is a niche as is new construction sales.  Edith is a top Coronado new construction sale specialist, supporting and guiding clients every step of the way from land acquisition to sales.

A specific area of expertise is in historic research, a practice she has honed and developed with particular attention paid to the esteemed historic properties in Coronado. Her efforts throughout the entirety of the historic research process are integral to beating heart of Coronado’s historic property value. Additionally, Edith is certified as a probate specialist.

Edith is consistently recognized as one of the highest ranking REALTORS® in Coronado and San Diego County real estate. She has also been featured as an ambassador of Coronado on the show, LifeStyles San Diego.  

After founding Salas Properties in 2015, Edith has grown the firm to include several of the area’s top agents and top Brokerage in Coronado. The Salas Properties team connects their clientele with exclusive Coronado real estate opportunities through an extensive local and global network of professionals. Each and every relationship is approached with the tenets of excellence, kindness, and respect. 

Edith graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelors in Accounting, followed by a Masters in Taxation from Golden Gate University. After several years at Price Waterhouse Cooper and the Internal Revenue Service she decided to combine her financial acumen and real estate investment experience to grow a well established career in real estate. Edith’s clients are drawn to her brokerage for unparalleled Coronado community insight and an exceptional awareness into the local luxury markets.  

Salas Properties grew out of Edith’s love for real estate and a dedication to honor her parents courage and relentless work ethic. The word ‘sala’ in Spanish means living room, ‘salas’ being the plural form. Edith works to honor the heart of the home and to honor her parents for their vision of creating a new life for their family. 

Edith’s joy in life is raising her two beautiful children in Coronado, coaching and mentoring her real estate team, and working for the benefit of her clients. She loves spending time with family, friends, practicing yoga, and sampling San Diego’s finest restaurants.

Coronado Cays is a bayside marina community along Silver Strand Boulevard.
